Navigating the Current Energies

Here are some tips for dealing with these aspects of the incoming higher energy. I have seen repeats of how some are “suffering” with some symptoms. I have been through quite a bit over the last 2 decades and undoubtedly to assist others as they transition. Where many things are done in silence, working one-on-one with others has been a part of this journey, and certain patterns are repeated, thus why I am sharing.


Grounding:


We have all heard it, grounding. There are many ways to do this on a physical level, however, after 30 years in Alaska and living through over 30 deep winters when the earth was simply not touched by these bare feet I had to learn other ways.

The reason grounding is so important is because with an increase in energy, it is important to ground deeper. I found myself as a hummingbird floating on land at one point. I found it necessary to ground even deeper than I ever had before. I cover that journey briefly on the audio.

Eating grounding foods also helps. Foods that grow below the Earth's surface.

One, I always liked hearing my teacher say is, 'Jump in place” I would raise in vibration around her high energy and get so excited it was like I was a puppy. Ha So she had to remind me from time to time to ground again. While in further awareness I would notice this for myself and have to stop, sink into the ground again and move about my day. Where I do not "jump" per se, it is helpful when you are first beginning.

As someone who likes to dance, there is nothing like a good mosh-pit with everyone in sync jumping up and grounding into the space, even if most are unaware, those moments are happening. In fact, a collective connection is best witnessed in those moments. Great music stimulates a large audience and with the high energy often many are floating off mentally, forgetting life outside of that moment while it lasts. Those moments can be achieved in this manner just the same. Instead of with the music moving the crowd, it is like re-connection to the crowd thus becoming one with the ocean of life's existence.


Each of these practices might also take you a moment to apply as habit. For those used to be ungrounded, it might take a few times of reminding yourself as well. Awareness is key of course, so each time I would catch myself ungrounded again, I simply would touch back down. Some work in high rises, or are in an office all day it is possible to ground right through the floors. “There are no walls, there are no floors” concept. Energy is not bound until one harnesses it, therefore it isn't limited to these man made matters that surround us.

Allowing the flow of energy instead of fighting it.


After nearly 20 years of energy working with myself or with others, I have not only gone through but also placed witness to others going through the same things. Over and over again there was a pattern. Many right now are speaking about headaches, body tingles, and more. This is why I am taking the time to write this article. When I (or others) were fighting it, the pains were worse. When I allowed the flow it broke things through, down, and out. When I say fight man-made it, what I mean is something like this; The headache would present, and lots of pressure from above, or the temples, or even the back of the neck depending on the area clearing. I would push back, or away, and even worse to say, “I have a headache, this hurts so bad! It needs to go away I have stuff to do...” (and the like) and I would push through it. Now of course this is not a physical push, it is an energetic push. As soon as I accepted, allowed, and in meditation and in silence, with slow deep breaths I was no longer fighting it, I was ALLOWING it. I found right away how the energy down and out of my feet and hands the pain waved through and left. Something my teacher would always say, (Allowing that energy through down the hands and feet,) “Onto mother earth to grow something beautiful”-Sandy Fern.

Do that with each breath, or even into the soil of a plant...I have personally witnessed the plant of focus grow faster than other plants around it. Practice that and watch the results. Does it not make sense for the breath out to be what a plant breathes in? Sure, but what if that breath was nowhere near the plant? In another room, out the window to a specific plant can be seen out the window, but the breath was still stuck inside with the house sealed tight during the winter. That right there shows it is energy movement.

Now, I am not saying the headache left with those first times, what I am saying is when I was first learning (moving the energy through myself) at first it took about 15 minutes for the pains to leave, then 10, then 5, then just a few moments to “sweep” it through, down and out my hands and feet.


Now, without blocks to remove, or toxins to break free it is all with ease I no longer suffer from those. Here is another important point I have found in the patterns of working with others as well as long ago with myself. This is important to understand and place personal awareness on your own aspects. Those who have been injured, trauma (medical, physical, mental, or sexual) have shown signs of disconnect.

For those that wanted to escape their environment in one way or another would often UNGROUND from earth to “go home”.


For those who lacked faith of a Higher Self, would be disconnected from above, the crown.


Where proper flow is down and Through. If either the top or the bottom are disconnected, one is NOT grounded, nor connected Above this causes an issue. And over time even “dis-ease”. ill When I work with another, that flow would be proper again and aligned. When I work with another I can sense when their parts are moving through, even if they cannot sense it.


Chi moves through the system, when there are blocks there are smaller streams of flow. For some, over time that flow is cut off. For some, it is like a fog, yet for others like tar and any other description in between. When working with a person those are cleared with ease. And for those that I have taught, they too have learned how to do so for themselves and for those that are meant to, for others including animals.




Reducing internal heat or inflammation:

Constant inflammation leads to physical issues or dis-ease, so it is important to reduce the heat if it becomes too much. For some this will not be as much of an issue, for others, it may so I am sharing this here as well. Sometimes the heat would get intense, and ice would assist. As do other items like cooling foods, and certain oils like Valerian cool the body from within. This information can be found in a great resource book, "Healing With Whole Foods" and I can highly recommend this as a permanent book or to at least absorb the information to take further control over your own health to bring balance within.





At a time of huge release and the heat increase was too much, this heat is from energy movement. Friction. I found a lovely group that shared this treasure. Beautiful spiritual individuals that live in Africa it was a pleasure to be in their presence even if short-lived.


Coconut milk poured on one's head. Set a sacred bathing space and apply Self-Care and Love. Then simply pour some coconut milk over thy head, and experience the sensations.





Upping Magnesium:


This is something my teacher warned me about when I began doing energy work. The more energy work I did, the more I would need to make sure my Magnesium levels were ideal.

As you can see from the image above, what color is caused by adding magnesium? Those who are having tingling issues are having friction issues. Be hydrated enough, however, if one is lacking in some trance minerals, it can cause issues.

Just as with fireworks, their colors come from minerals, right? And the heat and amount of energy it takes to fire them way up in the sky-that combination is also sort of within us in a different way. Between the neuron firings, and the depletion that can occur if not careful in your practices along with diet and lifestyle, if this particular mineral decreases too much there will be internal issues. For example, cramps. The entire body relies on trace minerals, and magnesium allows flow within the muscles. If one experiences cramps in the legs or feet, it is often a sign of a lack of magnesium. Your heart is also a muscle, and if ignored it can rise through the body heading to the heart. A side note on this that is as important. Sugar Reduces magnesium, so if you have a lot of sugar in your diet, you may want to up the trance mineral magnesium. My teacher made it a point to state Magnesium Malate. I eat foods that provide magnesium, pay attention to the foods you crave as they will share what you might be lacking at the moment. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/10-foods-high-in-magnesium If you crave any of the foods that contain magnesium it is probably because you are deficient in the mineral. Liquid drops are also a choice these days, and sometimes I too ingest those along with foods especially if I am doing a lot of energy work. I have found the more energy work I do, the more I require a constant balance within. I take the liquid form of trace mineral because it enters the bloodstream faster than if take by vitamin pill.


If someone is “depressed” or moving slowly and sluggish (lower metabolism and more) within, it takes longer to break vitamins down. If the person is “anxious”, the vitamins often process out before they can break down. And if the system is off in many ways then it taxes the system more in a pill form. The liquid or drops dissolve quickly, thus helping faster than the process of digestion first. Where you might not personally be Doing energy work, all of this increased energy is causing extra within, so again, upping those trace minerals is as important as meditation, grounding, and rest.






These awakenings are to bring internal awareness and consciousness correct? This is all part of it, in simple silent ways. And Self Awareness is the key to improving, growth, and clearing/cleansing. Some do not have such a build-up and why they are not “suffering” for some their experiences are different. The sleep is for reasons, the heightened energy is for many of us, and harnessing that energy flow is important. A physical component, an artistic one, a getting tasks done, or otherwise allows the energy flow to assist you in your personal endeavors with ease. For those clearing, it is important to allow this with ease, so the next energies to present and while in constant flow, your tasks will also be done with ease. Maybe you caught that toxin part. With this type of incoming energy, it is HIGH vibration. Natural herbs, some foods, tinctures, and essential oils like Sandalwood (And the other oils in the same family, Frankincense and Lavender) are shown to have a high vibration output as well. Adding those to your world could assist on a 3D level. When oils are placed on the body it increases those Hertz the combination of meditation and essential oils there was relief quickly. Where I was utilizing that along with the energy work, both of which were dissipating metal build-up within as well as cleansing the body. (place article link) In doing so the clearings allowed better flow of neuronal output.



For those that know about the pineal gland, this part plays a role. It is sort of like a hub for the synergy workings of the brain. And if there is build-up of metals or imbalance in the pineal gland it affects the entire system. If you study the pineal gland you will find hormones, thirst, hunger, sexual drive and other aspects that can be thrown off if there is imbalance in this area. Side note; imbalance can be flipped to I'm balance just as easily. So as those particles bust apart, it can cause headaches as well. Thank your body, over and over again for releasing those toxins. I go over this with the energy work lessons. As one is ReCONNECTED from Above and Below, we can then truly allow the flow of energy through us. Over time there were less particles to break apart within. And over time the pains simply left or rather just hasn't returned. I can appreciate it sucks, believe me, I know it does. Going through all of that while raising two children, keeping a house, and working part-time, it was a lot to deal with in between it all.

There were simple some days where very little got done. The basics, and a lot of resting as I could. And you know what, that was okay. And required for the journey of healing. Allowing this instead of fussing and complaining is wise.

We are all born doing this naturally, it is only life and what we are taught, or made to go through on a current societal level that pull us out of these natural ways of existence. Some never stop doing what is natural as many have not experienced any trauma. I can assure you it is as easy as reconnecting to All that is You. Those along the way that I have shared these things with, not knowing the success of many before them, that have rejected the ease or the possibility of-continue to have the same issues.







Cognitive Dissonance is a real thing and with further awareness, being conscious of our reactions or held beliefs allows change. Without that, those held beliefs will keep a person in the same cycle. And one must be careful of trauma bonding if one is truly interested in healing. Surrounding ourselves with empowered people who have dropped the victim mindset allows one to rise above the old habits.


It is still a truth that it is possible whether one believes it or not, you see? For those that remained open, allowed the energy, or in practice their shift was effortless. Everyone has a choice, of this I know as well. I am simply here to offer the choice of internal empowerment.
