Natural Biorhythms

I have been following this Biorhythm since 1999 and over that span of time, I have had the pleasure to following several hundred people that spiraled around me through my journey.
I am finding this area of study to bring a further sense of the unseen within, thus bringing further empowerment to the individual.

Along the way, I have followed over 300 people and even some animals and I can attest to the results being 99.9% accurate. The book speaks on thousands.
Some recalled specific dates of injury and sure enough, they were on physical critical the day of the "fall that changed my life" when we took a peek. Of course, as with all matters in life, each thing for a reason; I am also finding that our rhythms are ideal more often than not, even if we do not feel so in the moment.
Yet others found awareness in cycles of emotion thus allowing further understanding of their inner world.
Others found this information helpful during their school/college careers, harnessing high intellectual moments and bringing further ease to their journey.

Artists who learned how to harness the moments of passion or to take the time to organize.
Whatever behavior you would like to have further understandings within you as an individual, this area of study is sure to bring some insight into this matter.

I began with an old book and played with it for many years before finding a computer program. This book is available to purchase and comes with a chart, once you learn how to line all these numbers up in accordance with the day one is born, and one can view the entire year at a glance.
Now there are computer programs for this and even apps, however, not all of them out there were true to the chart in this old book. And you cannot view the entire year so easily. Everyone begins life on the critical/caution day, the halfway point on the chart, and then, we begin our first ascent to all highs followed by the drop to the lows. Think about the growth and feeding habits of newborns, maybe if doctors had a look over this type of info, even more, could be known about the natural rhythms instead of worrying some mothers because of loss of weight or eating less on the drop a week or so later. Or, mothers having an insight into this could know when the feedings will increase, naturally.
I do know that the book shares more detail about it all and breaks down the reasons as well as provides examples from thousands that were studied.

This area of study is utilized in some places around the world. Germany and Japan both utilize this in all school systems. Allowing children to test on high intellect rhythms not only provides their setting on the global charts of comparison to the world but more importantly, it allows a clear view of each student's actual amount of absorption of the material taught in school.

Some sports teams utilize this knowledge to place the ideal combination on the field. “They are putting in their 2nd string!” There are reasons for this. Maybe the main guy was on a rhythm that was not ideal, maybe injury would be likely or more possible; moreover, for the win, why not put the 2nd string in as his rhythm shows to be ideal for scoring that day.
I share this information because it will give you a lot of insight into your own rhythms as you continue to follow your passions.
The earth has rhythms, trees have rhythms, animals have rhythms, and the seasons have rhythms, why wouldn't we have rhythms as well? More importantly, if one could track those, why wouldn't we?!
This article is a short breakdown of each area with examples of daily life to bring further inner connection. However, I cannot share everything the book shares so for those with further interest, do pick up the book. And many of the things I share here cannot be found in the book. And with a simple search, you can see others have written on the topic as well.
In awareness, we Know ourselves that much better.
The Physical cycle:
This cycle goes off the body's 30-day cycle. Get this, a tree runs the same 30-day cycle, science is unable to disprove this. They found, just like us, at the top of the cycle, the trees take in more nutrients. At the bottom of the cycle, less. How many times have you been surprised? "Why am I hungry again?! I just ate!" Or even not being able to finish a meal you might other times be able to without a problem.
"Growth spurts" in children are easy to monitor with this system as well. The increase of energy and movement brings with it a need for more intake and therefore, in those rhythms, often in witnessing my own children grow, there is a growth spurt during some of those high physical times. And again, how many times is a mother worried? "S/he did not eat very much today..." Of course, this is not for those that simply do not eat all the time, but even so have you noticed, that some days they have a touch of an increase? Or do those who are healthy eaters have days where they eat less?
If you notice, during high physical times you may sleep a bit less or lighter than on low physical times where you may sleep a touch or a lot more.

The high physical days, especially if accompanying high intellect, one can get a lot done, without much effort. Know those days when everything you had planned at work is done by 1 with ease. And yet other days when you are simply not motivated, yet have to get to it.
Although I can warn you, you know these days, where you pick up something set it down, but never get anywhere? Yeah, those are low-intellect days with high-physical days.
Both of the children and I run the same physical cycle. This helps raise two vibrant children. I can keep up with them while they are running in circles. I found my mom and me to be on opposites, as a child, this proved most frustrating. Me wanted to do ten projects, but her, just wanted to rest. Then her ready to go, while I was feeling, "Nah, just resting today." The plus side is there are also plenty of balance days.
You can line up with family and friends or even coworkers to see how your cycle aligns or otherwise with others. This has helped so much in further understanding for those I am around often, and certain it will assist in further understanding of others.
I have a look over this for clients; thus allowing a broader view for myself as they, in current moments, arrive at an awareness that benefits while addressing the situation.
"Two Conscious Observers"
Would anyone in a field of service not benefit from this information? Therapists could watch the rhythms in clients and maybe just maybe, see it is not a label of something wrong. Doctors could avoid surgery on critical physical days, and maybe there would be a reduction of medical injury across the board.

Each of the cycles has a “critical” point. On these critical physical days, this is when we bump into things. When we are more clumsy, that sort of thing. You know those days. Some will even focus on only those days and call themselves clumsy, and then make it a self-fulling prophecy. When really, everyone has 2 to 4 days like that a month even if they are not aware of it as a pattern.

In the book, it warns of these physical days. Be mindful of ice, no ladders, etc. For myself, and the children, I find with the knowledge of it we can compensate. If the day starts out rough, we do less active things. If one has no choice and has to work on a ladder, at least be extra careful, just like walking on ice. Avoiding surgery during these days is ideal as well. And think about the doctor, where is his or her rhythm for that day? All one needs is a birthday to see.
I have also found, especially as I have gotten older, the day before, during, and after, I tend to ache a bit more than normal. I could not say why to any of it, I just know that after following it for so long, patterns that I see, nothing more. I take care of myself, place oils, and have hot Epson or sea salt baths. Just sharing, in case you too become aware.
On lows, I rest more. At the same time, I still do. I am into many areas of life, so for me, when not needed, I do what I want to do. I can sit, draw, and write, especially if my intellect is up.
Harnessing these moments, that is the message here. And allow resting or "lazy" or downtime as it were. You see, maybe it is just your rhythm and it has nothing to do with any label placed.
Does this mean I cannot work while on a low physical? No, I recall one time, knowing I would have little physical energy, doing ALL the laundry in the house, 13 loads total. Throw in a load, sit, move the load, sit, remove the load, and fold while sitting. :) For those with high-paced jobs all the time, I have had some of those over my lifetime; it helps to know, you know what, this week, I need to be realistic and take on one or two fewer things. It does not mean we do not live in the moment, it just gives us something mindful to notice. Awareness is key, right?
The Intellect Cycle:
Intellect runs a 31-day cycle, unlike the physical 30-day cycle. I touched on the intellect above, they all work together. This too is why I am so led to share. When on high physical, and on high intellect, those are the effortless days. All things get in place, and all daily tasks are done, early without much effort. You know those days too.
Talkative, enough energy to do the extra on those days. Ideas come in, if an artist, this is when big inspirations hit. Poems, and writings, again, all effortless. Taking in new knowledge as well. I am finding this helpful on our homeschooling journey. Knowing their ups and downs allowed for understanding. Reading book after book or finishing a larger book in a few days will happen during this time. As they wanted to explore 10 new things, again. When we are all in our projects, the whole house a beautiful “mess.”
On low intellect days, everyone reviews. Especially children. I found over and over, no new info can come in, maybe some children or adults are able, but not with the same ease. More importantly, on the rock bottom days, it is like they forgot everything that is new input, including,
I asked you to... I forgot!
Even as adults, what did I walk into this room for...?!
Or when reading, one might have to reread a line or two. Not eating through as many pages on those days, even if one reads daily are all great examples of low intellect days.

I had to learn the hard way on this one, as I took a test in college. An A in the class, an effortless A all semester as the topic of choice was an interest, Animal Behavior. I sat for a test, knowing I was on intellectual critical that day but didn't think anything of it as I had just begun learning and being in awareness for this area of study. I had to reread every question 6 times and still sat baffled. Like it was all gone, anything I had learned in the class, on any of the topics. I knew going in I was on intellectual critical, but at the time I was still placing witness to all of it. Moreover, It was an Easy A class, and test/material for that matter. Yet, I was floored to observe what was of that day.
Because I had to reread each question so many times, I was one of the last to finish the test. That never happened, normally I am one of the first ones done, every time. Not that I tried too, it just happened often, and if not the first few, somewhere after, but never last. I was not sure of the why, other than the critical intellect day and I have to admit, there was frustration and surprise. Did I cause it or was it simply shown to bring awareness; I am going with the latter half of that.
I am telling you it was like someone erased all the information. It was a weekend that followed, back to school that next week I recall clearly, she returned papers, asking me, “What happened here?” I saw I received a 52?! I regret not telling her. Instead, I said, “You would not understand even if I told you.” (Who was I to limit her mind, she was a research professor, she could have connected with it instead, it was more me that didn't understand at the time and years of experience changed that and why I am taking the time to share.) Looking at the test, not even picking the book up in between, I knew the answer to each, and every one, effortlessly as by then, on the rhythm, I was on high intellect.
Now, connect that to children. By luck of the draw, those that are deemed not so good in school; maybe, just maybe began with a few miss-timed tests. Then, once such happenings are, once again, a held premise and self-fulling prophecy come about and the child believes they are not good in school. Get this, in Japan and Germany, they utilize this, and all students are only graded on high intellect and it would be just as simple to adjust slightly and do so here in the USA as well. Until then, this information would assist many children and adults for further inner awareness. After the 52 on the test, I took tests early, or sometimes late. It happens in life, emergency or out-of-town happenings. I never told the professors why I simply asked if I could take it on this day (mostly ahead of time) and it was never an issue. It rarely had to be done, maybe 2 tests out of 4 or 5 classes each semester. For children, this may not be as easy to accomplish unless of course you are as well homeschooling your children then you have free rein on when where, and how to test them. Often we did and still do pop quizzes while doing the dishes, folding laundry, or beginning to cook and they bring up a topic.
The Emotion Cycle:
This one runs alongside both the others, however, at a 33-day cycle. As you might guess if you are still reading this, this too affects the daily.
I will begin with the area of a woman's monthly cycle, I have found that many run on one cycle or another and often cycle with the monthly. For some a 30-day cycle, the physical. For some a 31-day cycle, intellect, and some on the emotional cycle 33 days. So in other words, Some are on the emotional cycle, and some are on the physical cycle; thus conceptually affecting life in that manner without awareness. By the way, science now knows that boys and men go through hormonal cycles as well. That is an interesting study if you have a few minutes to spare. I wish I would have known so sooner for further understanding.
Some have their monthly on the high emotional days. YAY! That is helpful no? Combine that with low physical, oh joys. This could equal, a lot of emotion, maybe tears and no physical energy for some; of course, many still go about life all the same. Some have theirs always on the low emotional days, and those tend to get quiet. Some always have their monthly cycle on a high physical time and never have a single issue and are even still active in life.
Okay. Some always change; especially if there is an internal hormonal imbalance, so that is another story. Still, you get the idea, you can map all of yours, for the most part, medical areas aside.
Monthly cycles aside...
On high emotional days, those commercials do get me. On lows, some days I think, I really could be crying, but I am not. Some days so overwhelmed, not know why, I will look, see it is high emotion, in me or the children. Okay, this explains it, let me take a deep breath~~~and I get back to the day with more awareness and more breathing. :) Even more, on some days, let me go be by myself. I have mentioned tears, aggression or anger rises during this time too, especially in men. A healthy physical outlet is always wise, but during these times it is important to release the extra energy in a healthy way.
For the children, this is super helpful because this allows inner reflection. “Hey, I see your emotion is up. Let's take some breaths. You are clearly upset, but let's find another way to talk about it when you are ready.” As opposed to forgetting, and yes, this has happened, “What is going on with you today?!?!” As I wonder why I feel like I do, only to look and see the high emotion. Sometimes, coupled with physical critical while I was dropping things or stubbing my toe, dropped the...then slipped on...what the flying F?!?! Oh, grounding helps too. :)
The more we slow down and pay attention to our reactions, the more we know about our shadow side, and how to control it. The shadow side being the side of us we must embrace,
Yes, knowing, and awareness is key indeed.

On days when all three areas are on tip-top, whoa! This is the time to harness. The friend who introduced me to this long ago made it a point to say he would go to Vegas during these times. I have had the chance, winning was effortless, just saying.
Big account meetings, scheduled during this time are ideal; all negotiations are effortless. On lows, it is important to give a touch more time or, be more prepared and have notes to refer to. Just thoughts, to inspire on how to utilize them in your world. At the same time, maybe you cannot control the date of a presentation or throwing a party; having an insight into what will be--- allows one to be more prepared in a helpful way.

At the same time, All areas on Low have results as well. This is a time for cells to rest. This is a time to recoup from the high energy levels.
Most important in all of this is the labels placed for our ups and downs. Maybe, just maybe, it is not so cut and dry for the labels placed, and maybe, just maybe, further awareness allows others to drop the labels they have been handed and therefore, through self-fulling prophecy, continue. When really, it is a natural rhythm and we can drop the negative connotations and simply harness or rest or take more time and triple check any efforts in which one is focusing on as needed.
A side note, but not really, wouldn't accidents at work be less with this knowledge available to everyone no different than a daily horoscope, but with more accuracy? (Because our entire birth chart plays a role, not just our sun sign.
If you think about it, you might be able to, in awareness, before peeking at the chart, be able to tell where you are on your rhythm.
If you have a lot of energy, maybe with a leg twitching, up and down and round and round.
Or maybe, curled up and stationary with the mind wandering.
Maybe emotion has taken over and there have been tears.
